How are streaks calculated?

A streak counts consecutive days a habit was completed. Missing a day resets the current streak. Your longest streak is always tracked.

What's the difference between daily and weekly frequency?

Daily habits are expected every day. Weekly habits are tracked per week. Both show up in all views.
